Stretching Exercises for Guitar
If you're planning to play guitar, you'll need to do some yoga for your fingers, I'll start with 3 basic excercises that will help you to stretch your fingers of your left hand. You need to start working with a metronome in a moderate speed, 80 or 90 bpm would be ok and then start to increment the velocity.
